Located at 18 W. Third St., the hotel occupies the upper floors of the Third Street and Gibbons Buildings, with its entrance on Third Street. The first floor will feature a 7,500-square-foot retail marketplace, offering spaces for approximately 15 local businesses under the North Arcade’s iconic skylight.
The Hilton Garden Inn Dayton Downtown is a collaborative venture among Century Hotel Group, Cross Street Partners, Witness Investments, and Model Group, with Century Hotel Group overseeing hotel operations.
